Plugin not detecting files?

  • Ensure the file type is supported (Java, Kotlin, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, PHP, C#)
  • Check that the file is within a recognized source directory
  • Verify your project is properly opened in the IDE

Scans running slowly?

  • Large projects may take longer on initial scan
  • Consider excluding test directories if not needed
  • Check your internet connection for cloud-based analysis

Account issues?

  • Use the plugin’s built-in login feature to re-authenticate
  • Clear cached credentials and log in again
  • Contact support if issues persist
